Clinical Experience. Compassionate Care. A More Beautiful Approach to Living Well.

About
Jennifer is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and founder of Belle Vie Wellness Collective. With more than 20 years of nursing experience and over 15 years as a Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer has built her career around a simple but powerful belief: exceptional care should address more than a diagnosis, appearance, or individual health concern. It should recognize the whole person, honor their individual journey, and support the quality of their life.
Her professional foundation began in 2004, with experience in pediatric intensive care at respected institutions including Loyola University Medical Center and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2011, she has dedicated much of her career to pediatric primary care, developing lasting relationships with families and bringing clinical knowledge, advocacy, and compassion into every patient interaction.
But Jennifer’s vision for wellness has always extended beyond the traditional clinical setting.
A Collective Built Around the Whole Person
Belle Vie Wellness Collective was created from Jennifer’s desire to bring together the many dimensions of health, wellness, beauty, and human connection under one thoughtfully developed brand.
Drawing upon her clinical background and passion for whole-person wellness, Belle Vie brings together maternal and lactation education, aesthetic wellness, functional wellness principles, curated supplements, family caregiver resources, and equine-assisted wellness experiences.
Maternal Wellness & Lactation: Empowering Mothers Through Education and Support
At the heart of Belle Vie’s current focus is maternal wellness and lactation education—a passion deeply connected to Jennifer’s years of experience caring for children and supporting families throughout their healthcare journeys.
Having spent more than 15 years as a pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer understands that a baby’s health and well-being are closely connected to the health, confidence, education, and support of the mother. She recognizes that the transition into motherhood can bring tremendous joy, but also uncertainty, physical challenges, and an overwhelming amount of information to navigate.
Her vision for Belle Vie’s maternal wellness division is to make reliable, evidence-informed breastfeeding education and compassionate support more accessible to mothers before and after their babies arrive.
Through Belle Vie, Jennifer is passionate about helping expectant mothers prepare for breastfeeding before delivery, understand the physiology of lactation, establish realistic expectations, recognize normal newborn feeding patterns, and feel more confident navigating the early weeks of motherhood. Education extends beyond the basics of breastfeeding to include milk production, latch and positioning, feeding cues, milk expression and storage, pumping, returning to work, and strategies for navigating common breastfeeding challenges.
Jennifer believes that successful breastfeeding support begins with preparation, education, and an understanding that every mother’s journey is different. Mothers deserve guidance without judgment, encouragement without unrealistic expectations, and access to information that empowers them to make informed decisions for themselves and their babies.
Belle Vie’s approach emphasizes the importance of maternal nutrition, postpartum recovery, rest, emotional well-being, and the physical demands of breastfeeding. Rather than viewing lactation as an isolated process, Jennifer embraces a broader maternal wellness perspective that recognizes the interconnectedness of maternal health, infant development, and family well-being.
Her goal is to help mothers feel prepared rather than overwhelmed, informed rather than uncertain, and supported rather than alone.
Through educational resources, breastfeeding preparation programs, lactation guidance, and maternal wellness initiatives, Belle Vie seeks to create a supportive experience that meets mothers where they are and respects the individuality of every family.
For Jennifer, this work is especially meaningful because it brings together her clinical experience in pediatrics, her passion for preventive education, and her belief that investing in maternal health has a lasting impact on families.
Because caring for a baby begins with caring for the mother, too.
Aesthetic & Functional Wellness
In aesthetic wellness, Jennifer believes that confidence and healthy aging deserve an approach that considers more than what is visible on the surface. Her philosophy incorporates skin health, individualized care, education, and the relationship between overall wellness and how we look and feel. Her interest in functional wellness further informs her approach to supporting individuals through education and carefully selected wellness products.
Through the Aevala supplement collection, she brings together products and educational resources designed to complement individual wellness goals. Her focus is on thoughtful selection, transparency, and helping individuals make informed choices about their wellness routines.
Compassion That Comes From Experience
One of the most personal expressions of Jennifer’s work is Belle Vie’s commitment to families navigating home hospice and end-of-life caregiving.
As a Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer has spent years helping families understand healthcare decisions and navigate difficult medical circumstances. But she has also experienced the deeply personal side of caregiving, having cared for loved ones at home during hospice.
She understands the emotional weight, the responsibility, the medication schedules, the uncertainty, and the desire to make every moment as comfortable and meaningful as possible. She knows what it feels like to move between being a family member and being the person responsible for coordinating care.
That experience inspired her to develop dedicated home hospice caregiver resources, including a medication and care-tracking app- Belle Vie Care- designed to help families organize medications, document daily care, coordinate responsibilities, and feel more confident while caring for someone they love at home.
For Jennifer, this is not simply another wellness offering. It is a deeply personal extension of her professional calling: helping people feel supported when they need it most.
The Healing Connection Between People and Horses
Beyond traditional healthcare, Jennifer has a longstanding passion for the equestrian world and the unique connection between horses and humans.
An avid horseback rider, she finds personal fulfillment in the discipline, partnership, confidence, and quiet connection that come with horsemanship. Her Thoroughbred, Avenger, holds a special place in her life and represents her belief in the meaningful relationships we develop with animals.
This passion helped inspire the equine-assisted wellness vision within Belle Vie, exploring the potential of horse-centered experiences to encourage confidence, mindfulness, emotional connection, and personal growth.
The Woman Behind the Collective
Outside of her professional life, Jennifer is a proud mother of four who treasures family, faith, adventure, and the experiences that make life meaningful. She enjoys horseback riding, spending time with Avenger, traveling, exploring new places, and expressing her creativity through entrepreneurial projects.
Her personal and professional experiences have shaped a philosophy that is central to everything Belle Vie represents: wellness is not a single destination or service. It is an ongoing relationship with ourselves, our families, our health, and the world around us.
The Meaning Behind Belle Vie
Belle Vie translates to “Beautiful Life.”
For Jennifer, the name represents the opportunity to live well at every stage of life. It is about supporting a mother beginning her breastfeeding journey, helping someone feel confident and renewed, providing families with practical tools during hospice care, encouraging meaningful connections through horses, and making thoughtful wellness resources accessible.
Aevala — Wellness for a Lifetime
Aevala is the supplement and wellness collection within the Belle Vie family. Inspired by the Latin words aevum, meaning “a lifetime,” and vale, meaning “be well,” Aevala represents a simple but meaningful philosophy: well for a lifetime. It reflects the belief that wellness is an investment in ourselves, not simply a response to how we feel today. Through thoughtfully selected supplements and wellness products, Aevala is designed to support vitality, nourishment, and healthy aging through every stage of life.
Belle Vie Wellness Collective is the expression of Jennifer’s passions brought together to reflect a vision: beautiful living, supported by intentional wellness.
Rooted in clinical experience. Inspired by real life. Driven by a genuine commitment to helping others live well for a lifetime.
