Caring for them,and for you
When a loved one is in hospice at home, the family becomes the care team overnight. Belle Vie helps you organize medications, learn comfort care, and keep every caregiver on the same page, alongside your hospice team.
Your hospice team directs the care. We help your family carry it out with confidence: calmly, consistently, and with time for your questions.

Ongoing check-ins
Short visits as needs change, with your care log shared across the family.
The Belle Vie Care app
One shared place for the whole caregiver team: the medication schedule your hospice team ordered, a simple log of every dose given and why, comfort care notes, and a shift handoff summary.
Export a clean report for your hospice nurse in one tap, so the next visit starts with the full picture.
Gentle, clear and honest
Comfort first
Every routine is built around your loved one’s comfort and dignity.
Alongside hospice
We follow your hospice team’s plan and orders, and point you back to them for any change.

Everyone who helps gets the same plan and the same log.
Room for the caregiver
Your rest and support are part of the plan, not an afterthought.
Before you reach out
Do you replace our hospice nurse?
No. Belle Vie hospice caregiver support is education and coaching for the family. It works alongside your hospice team and never replaces it. We do not change medications, doses or the plan of care. For any change in your loved one’s condition, call your hospice agency’s 24-hour line first.
Can you change or adjust medications?
No. We help you organize and log medications exactly as your hospice team ordered them. Any question about a dose goes to your hospice nurse or pharmacist.
Do you come to the home?
Yes, for in-home visits within our Georgia service area. Team briefings and check-ins can be virtual, so family who live far away can join.
What should we do in an emergency?
For any change in condition, call your hospice agency’s 24-hour line first. They will guide you, including whether to call 911.
You don’t have to do this alone
Request a caregiver coaching session and we’ll be in touch to find a time that works for your family.
